You've been booted but I'll answer your questions anyway, incase your watching,

Iblis was arrogant in front of Allah عز و جل and refused to obey him,

Adam عليه السلام‎ and his wife was tricked by Iblis and they disobeyed Allah عز و جل but returned back to him and sought forgiveness and they were forgiven.

Iblis on the other hand refuses to acknowledge his son and seek forgiveness/Tawbah,

Similarly a Muslim seeks Forgiveness/Tawbah after he sins,

Iblis is full of spite and is in a mission to take as many of the children of Adam عليه السلام‎ as he can to Jahannam with him.

    Your comparison is therefore silly.

A Muslim commit a sin during weakness but returns to Allah in repentance. He never once denied he is sinning admit his short-coming. However, should a Muslim not only commit a sin but goes ahead to legalize & encourage it whilst denying the validity of Allah's command, then he will become a Kaffir like shaytaan.
