Yes ghusl valid. With normal washing, normal dirt comes off.

      Re: Dirt cracked skin

maybe we tell you what break wudoo so you not confused with too many questions...The things that break wudoo’ are:

1 – Any discharge from the front or back passage (urine, stools, wind, etc.), except for wind emitted from a woman’s front passage – that does not break wudoo’.

2 – Emission of urine or stools from anywhere other than the urethra or anus.

3 – Losing one’s mind, which may mean losing it altogether by losing one’s mental faculties, which is insanity, or by losing it temporarily for a certain length of time for some reason such as sleep, unconsciousness, intoxication, etc.

4 – Touching one’s penis, because of the hadeeth of Basrah bint Safwaan, who heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: “Whoever touches his penis, let him do wudoo’.” (narrated by Abu Dawood, al-Tahaarah, 154. al-Albaani said in Saheeh Sunan Abi Dawood, no. 166, it is saheeh).

5 – Eating camel meat, because of the hadeeth of Jaabir ibn Samurah, who said that a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), “Should we do wudoo’ after eating camel meat?” He said, “Yes.” (Narrated by Muslim, al-Hayd, 539).

It should be noted that touching a woman’s body does not break one’s wudoo’, whether that is done with feelings of desire or otherwise, unless anything is emitted as a result of that touching.

      See al-Sharh al-Mumti’ by Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, vol. 1, p. 219-250

      Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, vol. 5, p. 264.
Women lost their modesty when men lost their gheerah..” .

What if it's hard to do it. Is it excused?

                      Re: Dirt cracked skin

Some scholars held that a small amount of dirt that is hard to remove is excused. This opinion was chosen by Ibn Taymiyyah . It is stated in Ar-Rawdh Al-Murbi' (a Hanbali book of Fiqh) with its commentary that: “A small amount of dirt under the fingernail is harmless, and (so is) what is similar to that such as something inside the nose that prevents the water from reaching the skin. Ghusl is valid in this case; and this is the view chosen by "Al-Muwaffaq" (Ibn Qudaamah) and others, and this is considered the correct and preponderant opinion by Al-Mardaawi, the author of Al-Insaaf. The Shaykh (Ibn Taymiyyah) said: ‘A small amount of dirt in any part of the body and what is inside the cracks of the feet is excused, and the same ruling applies to any small amount of a thing clinging to the body that prevents water from reaching the skin, like blood, dough or the like.’ This is the view chosen by him (Ibn Taymiyyah).” [End of quote] http://www.islamweb.net/emainpage/in...waId&Id=278056

You should ignore it. If you don't, it can only get worse... We should learn our deen and gain knowledge (about wudu, ghusl and what breaks them etc. for example) and then act according to that knowledge and ignore all the waswas COMPLETELY. It's also very important to learn about Shaytaan and his tricks so that we can avoid them, bi'ithnillaah.

May Allaah guide and help us all, aamiin.

Yes its excused because dirt comes off with a good wash.
