    For men, pants / thawb should not be below the ankles. For women, they should be but shouldn't drag on the floor.

    I hate it that dresses are made so long that they drag on the ground unless one alters them. Gone are the times when people custom made clothing. Now we have one-size fits all.

    I heard that woman should have their ankles covered but i wasn't sure about ruling of men. The link above gives diverse fatwas
