yes it is permissible as mirror image is permissible

scholars have allowed watching tv [as long a programme is good] basing it on that it is similar to mirror image being watched live or played back

but best to remove if it distracts

common sense really bro; mirror is halaal so why should it be wrong to pray in room with mirror in?

also, if it distracts such as image is seen when praying and it distracts you while praying; best to remove it;' common sense too

we really don't need 'proof' for everything; something are easy to work out!

I was taught that it is disliked if it distracts you from your prayers. Otherwise, its ok.

Bro I am a medical cardiac specialist, so in Russian federation where i work and my place where I pray is surrounded by stainless steel all four sides and it just like mirror where I see myself while doing sallah, suddenly somedays back one of my muslim colleague from siberia while praying said that it is not allowed to pray where there is mirror - that is the reason why I put this question.

Did he show any evidence about that ? If something is not allowed there must be a solid proof behind that.
