Fatwas regarding autopsies to learn medicine :
    http://www.islamweb.net/emainpage/in...ab=1&vPart=946

If not because of autopsy, how was the scientists including Avicenna, Ar-Razi, Ibn Nafees etc can study anatomy, how the body works, to save the life human beings??? The european dark ages didnt study anatomy and they became ignorant and fell into khurafat for medicine. It's a small dirty work for a greater good of humanity.
