  • Has anyone spotted the signs of laylatul qadr?

So I have been unsure as half the town started Ramadan on one night, and the other half on the second day. Just to be safe I've been searching every day. However, by the will of Allah today my mum car broke down on the motorway and I literally had no time after taraweeh to make my duas or read Quran.

Since then I've felt really.depressed, thinking ive been waiting ALL year for these last 10 days, the thought of it being tonight and me missing it breaks my heart. Has anyone spotted any signs that they think we may have seen laylatul qadr?

I have just checked the sun, its blaring with rays, blinding, they say if it was Laylatul qadr the night before i.e before fajr then the sun rises without Ray's, why without Ray's? Because of how much air pollution.the Angel's cause going back up they block the Ray's of the sun and the sun rises up almost like a white dish? Well those are some signs, based on what I seen just i would say it wasnt last night but Allahu alum , also it's really cold

I thought it was the 21st day of Ramadan, because I perceived peacefullness in me and around me in the climate, plus the moon rose as a half-shape according to the climate/astronomy pages. The sahih Muslim hadith on the signs of laylatul-qadr says on Laylatul qadr the moon rises in a half plate shape.

The 21st was on Saturday night btw
        Abu Malik at-Ash'ari reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Cleanliness is half of faith

and al-Hamdu Lillah (all praise and gratitude is for Allah alone) fills the scale, and Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah)

and al-Hamdu Lillah fill up what is between the heavens and the earth, and prayer is a light,

and charity is proof (of one's faith)

and endurance is a brightness and the Holy Qur'an is a proof on your behalf or against you.

All men go out early in the morning and sell themselves, thereby setting themselves free or destroying themselves.

Alhamdullilah I saw this too. In sha Allah Allah allows us to reach that day. The 21st felt special to me too however it was really hot and humid. inshaAllah it's in the coming days where we can maximise our worship

I'm really thinking it was the 21st night of ramadan, cos of its peaceful feeling and the moon rising in a half shape, plus other members agree akhi

                But Allah knows best.

I also felt like it was the 21st.
Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allah and what has come down of the truth? And let them not be like those who were given the Scripture before, and a long period passed over them, so their hearts hardened; and many of them are defiantly disobedient. (57:16)

I also felt it to be very peaceful and calm on the 21st.

As for the 27th although it wasn't the same as the 21st there was something about it.
