      Pray and after you finish sit and talk to Allah. Voice out to him all what is putting weight on your chest and i guarantee you will no longer feel sad.

        Watch some cat videos on youtube, particularly Tiger Productions.
        The Prophet s.a.a.w warned when he said: "You will surely follow the ways of those who came before you, in exactly the same fashion, to the point were they to enter the hole of a lizard, you too would enter it."                   Play basketball -- although I can't really do this until the weather gets better. Winter sucks.

                      listen to a lecture

                      lift weights

                      Troll a little bit here and there

                      play video games

                      think about the past and remember how bad things used to be

                            I am not sure of your financial situation but I think it’s worth fighting for your happiness, even if that means spending a wee bit of extra money and making a bit of a sacrifice

                            exercise/sports can be very beneficial for wellbeing : )

                              It's mostly the travel that's stopping me. Unfortunately I don't have any proper community centers around me.

                              I still have other ways of exercising in the winter alhamdulillah. We've got a pretty decent gym on the ground level of my building.

                              Nothing beats basketball though. =/
