Basically I eat samosa, kisuri(lentils+rice), pakora, grilled wings, biryani, dates, Aloo bora and watermelon. :)

For headaches take paracetamol or other painkillers and get a good sleep.
Subhanallah lil sis Allah loves you that's why he is testing you to see if you go back to him. At a tender age like this you are going through difficulty and hardship which shows that you extra strong and Allah knows you can handle it.
Don't give up lil sis, we're all making du'a for you, we're all in this together :up:

If you don't feel like talking about what you're going through on here keep a diary or tell Allah.
After hardship comes ease.
It's amazing how we're all going through trials and we have different coping mechanisms.. Alhamdulilah for the trials that we face.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “It will be said to the companion of the Qur’an: ‘Read, and ascend, and recite as you used to recite in the [previous] world, for your status will be according to the last verse that you recite.’” [At-Tirmidhi (2914) and Abu Dawood (1464)]
