Isn't Florida tropical? I remember when I went to Thailand, AC was a must.

Tropical, but not that much. There's not tropical forests or anything. But it is hot and humid majority of the year, and there is a lot of lakes, greenery, trees, lakes, and rain. And there is large swamps.
