        Its true, iman goes up and down so we must try our best to keep it at a high.
        I personally maintain my spirituality in various ways. I reguarly ask Allahs forgiveness, I try to associate with deeni brothers who live for Islam and I try to learn something about the deen whenever I can.
        I have also subscribed to various islamic pages on Facebook so I regularly get beneficial reminders to help nourish my iman.

          You follow your scholar's qiyās, and I will follow the Qur'ān and Sunnah.
