How are madkhalis different from normal Salafi Muslims?

                    And what is irja?

                        Irja

(Irjaa') linguistically means: postponing. And technically it means postponing the actions and removing them from the reality of
                        الإيمان (imaan: faith)

Ibn Kathir said inclarification of the reasons for the المرجئة (murjiah) being named with this name “...they were called (murjiah) because they bring forward the sayings and postpone the actions”And they are many different factions and groups by how they define (eemaan: faith).

Al-Ash'aree numbered them as 12 groups, the most famous of them are two.

1️⃣ (The murjiah of the jurists):

They were those who says that الإيمان (faith) is testifying with the tongue and belief in the heart, it doesn't increase or decrease. And righteous actions are the fruits and branches of الإيمان (faith)

Imam At-Tahaawee (rahimahullah) said in a clarification of this methodology: “and الإيمان (faith)
is testifying with the tongue and belief in the heart, and all that is gathered which is authentic

from the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) from the legislation and the clarification is all true, and الإيمان (faith) is one. And it's people in it's foundation are the same. The virtue between them is from awe, piety and opposing the desires and gathering between all that.

                          (Al Aqeedat ul-Tahaawiyyah)

2️⃣The second group are the Murjiah of rhetoric and whoever followed them them from the Matureeddes and Asharees. Al-Fadayl bin Iyyadh said: " The people of Irjaa - of the Jurist say (faith) is speech with no action, and the (people of sunnah) say: (faith) is knowledge, speech and action."

                            (Tahdeeb Al- Aathar At-tabaree 2/182)

And Wakee' bin Al- Jaraah said: There is not a big difference between the speech of the (Jahmiyya) and the (Murjiah). The jahmiyaa say : (faith) is knowledge in the heart, and the Murjiah say : Testifying with the tounge." Meaning with belief in the heart.

THE TRAP OF THE MURJIS & NEO MURJIS

                              وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ

And whoever (does) not judge by what Allah has revealed, then those [they] (are) the disbelievers.

                              [5:44]

The Murjiāh and Madkhali (Those that ascribe themselves to the millāh of Islam) will try and come to common grounds and affirm that the Kufr Duna Kufr qāwl of Ibn Abbās (ra) is not applied for this ayah. They will then cunningly say:

" The Ayah 5:44 is General Aām verse applied for everyone... so let's say your father makes you listen to music.. he ruled other than what Allah revealed is he a kaffir."

Now; yes the the verse is Aām (general), but what you have to notice is that it is in regards to Legislative authority "Ruling"...

Otherwise it would be mass takfeer; their are certain Hadds (punishment) for certain crimes such as the one who drink Alcohol..

The Sahaba Himaar who was flogged by the Prophet (PBUH) himself and the prophet said he commanded the other Sahabas who cursed Himar not too because he "loves Allah and his Rasool"

                              Sharh al-Aqeedah al-Tahawiyyah

To conclude their are certain punishments that are applied which doesn't make you a kaffir... but the one who replaces the constitution of Shariāh he is a disbeliever
