I think you mean فهذه and yes it's the feminine form of فهذا
It means "and this", فذلك means "and that"

        نشهد means we bear witness

          baraak Allahu Feekum.

Can you teach me how to conjugate, verbs? Lets take the above as an example: نشهد. How can I say: I, you, he/she/it we they bear witness, can you explain that to me? I heard it's quite difficult in comparsion to other languages as English or Spanish for e.g.

There's a lot more pronouns compared to English but it's fairly easy.

            I - أنا أشهد
            You (m) - انت تشهد
            You (f) - انت تشهدين
You plural (m) - أنتم تشهدون
You plural (f) - أنتن تشهدن
            You 2 - أنتما تشهدان
            He - هو يشهد
            She - هي تشهد
            We - نحن نشهد
            They (m) - هم يشهدون
            They (f) - هن يشهدن
            They 2 (m) - هما يشهدان
            They 2 (f) - هما تشهدان

For أنا verb starts with أ
            أفعل، أكتب، أغسل
For انت (m) verb starts with ت
            تفعل، تكتب، تغسل
For انت (f) verb starts with ت and ends with ين
            تفعلين، تكتبين، تغسلين
For أنتم verb starts with ت and ends with ون
            تفعلون، تكتبون، تغسلون
For أنتن verb starts with ت and ends with ن
            تفعلن، تكتبن، تغسلن
For أنتما verb starts with ت and ends with ان
            تفعلان، تكتبان، تغسلان
For هو verb starts with ي
For هي verb starts with ت
For هم verb starts with ي and ends with ون
For هن verb starts with ي and ends with ن
For هما (m) verb starts with ي and ends with ان
For هما (f) verb starts with ت and ends with ان
For نحن verb starts with ن

Of course this is all true for present tense verbs only.
