    Is "Aslamtu" present or past tense, and what root word/pattern does it come from?


    edit: figured it out alhamdulillah, its past tense, verb pattern 5. :)

    أَسْلَمَ - Past
    ُيُسْلِم - Present
    is form 4.

      Uslimu - present
