  • Random Arabic Thread

WAIT! It's not a random chit-chat thread this is just a thread for me and other aspiring arabic learners to test out new vocab, formulate sentences/paragraphs and have them proofread by a fluent Arabicster.

So please no تشيت -شات :p

    Ermm to start with...

هناك حمار في خزانتي ، نتكلم كل ليل.

Make sense? (Grammatically etc. not in sanity (pun not intended :p)).
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that he heard the (Holy Prophet)[:saw:] say: A Muslim is he from whose hand and tongue the Muslims are safe.

Please check the dual there anybody! And I made it majroor because of 'andanaa (preposition....). ?

                        Hadiyah tafhamu al-'arabi? MashaAllah.

ana la tantiqu fil arabi illa qaleel.. =(

I think that sentence is grammatically incorrect..

perhaps it is أنطق but I don't know the i'raab for the letters..

Na'am a scribble, wa laakin only a bit =P and natakallamu, I dont know why the N is there but I'm assuming the T makes it feminine. As oposed to Yatakallam for masculine, right?

edit: unless she means 'we' talk all night so she added the N for like Nahnu = We.

I will not even try to communicate in Arabic.

Question. In Arabic do they have cases that are used for specific things (nominative etc) and how many? How are the endings for each pronoun e.g. I, you, he, she, we, they etc and the verb change for each one, how does it go?

                              Thats all for now.
(The hypocrites) will call the believers: "Were we not with you?" The believers will reply: "Yes! But you led yourselves into temptations, you looked forward for our destruction; you doubted (in Faith); and you were deceived by false desires, till the Command of Allah came to pass. And the chief deceiver (Satan) deceived you in respect of Allah."57:14
