    having problem translating a sentence

أيمكنك يا أخا بشير أن تساعدني في هذا الأمر؟

Is this correct: O Basheer's borther! Is it possible for you to help me regarding this matter?

Mainly I am having problem understanding the red part's meaning in connection to the whole sentence.

يمكن is the verb "to be possible" 3rd person masculine singular, active voice, indicative mood combined with Hamza of Istifhaam means "Is it possible"

Pronoun suffixed ك to verb "You" 2nd person masculine singular, added to verb and particle of question means "Is it possible for you?"
