In Bangladesh it is called "Tabeez" I think.

Watching the video.. I cannot believe someone changed the words of Surah al-Ikhlas and put this inside a taweez.

Yes you are right, In Bangladesh, people call "Tabeez", it's the translational word of Ta'weedh.
