Book Review: Fath Bari by Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Hajar Asqalani
      Published by: Visions Reality
      Level: Intermediate to Advanced

A must need for the student of the Deen and a great source of knowledge for the English speaking Muslim by well renown scholar, Ibn Hajar Asqalani. This is the first volume of an anticipated 20 volume monumental work that Insha-Allah will be completely published. Although they say 1/3 of it is translated, there seems to be a hiatus on releasing the other volumes for reasons unknown. This came out in the beginning of 2017. The print quality is excellent and translation is good. This did cost $50 at the time that I bought it and wonder if they are not releasing the rest of the volumes due to cost of printing and not covering the expenses involved due to slow sales. At $50 a volume of 20, it could go around $1000 U.S. dollars that I would consider forking out for this masterpiece. But as it stands, you can still get this volume online though it can cost more due to scarcity. More info below:

A small book that gives a summary of all the surahs in the Quran
Im not looking for anything in depth, just something concise but has enough information to give a good outline

                                Paperback
'Whatever it be wherein ye differ, the decision thereof is with Allah: such is Allah my Lord: In Him I trust, and to Him I turn.' The Holy Qu'ran Al Shura (Consultation)

So, which of the favours of your lord will you deny? ~ Surah Ar Rahman
