i hd waswas and feel controled by outside power
i lived in torture and becoz i am not so much believer
i kept tortured and think it is ill ness or ppl outthere with devices to harass me
after all years
i am really sorry

my parents kept telling me to pray and roqia but i didnt listen
i hope to heal ya rab
i didnt see any good from meds at all

maintain all your daily fard prayers in the masjid and do any voluntary worship you can like extra sunnah prayers or voluntary fasting like each monday and thursday three white days of each lunar month or the fasting of daoud
perform ruqya on yourself daily

I'm not sure what your health problem is but I know shifa itself is a healing something to be taken regularly

Ginger tea
Just in general if you have a mental issue the gut will make a big difference and it has to do with your mind and gut connection and the millions of bacteria that thrive there
