First time that I'm planning on going Umrah. 

I got the meningitis vaccine done some days ago.

But the sticker says MenCWY only 

Should there be another sticker that says MenA?

I had a similar question - is a meningitis certificate still required via the tourist visa route?

I have been several times over the years and no one has ever asked to see the certificates.

Yes. It will be asked for at any UK airport by the carrier, you flying, staff at the time of checking in.
