    Yes, Satan always misleads the people and it is our biggest enemy. For our safety, we should recite the "Tauz and Tasmia ".

    Yes what you mentioned are very common.
    By doubting your repentance; salaat and whudhu you will eventually find these difficult and start think badly about Allah and lose hope.
    If you have repented sincerely and moved away from the sin dont look back.

    IMO shaitan will never do that since Allah likes the person who repents frequently or repeatedly and a verse says that too and refers them as tawabeen or tawaboon (am not sure) which means something like that they turn to repentance frequently
