    PROTECTING OURSELVES FROM HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS DISEASES

    Malik :: Book 50 : Hadith 50.7.18

    Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard from Bukayr ibn Abdullah ibn al-Ashajj from Ibn Atiya that the Messenger of Allah,may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "There is no contagion, no hama and no serpent in a hungry belly. However, the possessor of sick livestock must not stop at the same place as the possessor of healthy livestock, but the possessor of healthy livestock may stop wherever he wishes."They said, "Messenger of Allah, Why is that?" The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "It is harmful."

    Muslim :: Book 26 : Hadith 5510
    Abu Salama h. 'Abd al-Rahman b. 'Auf reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: There is no transitive disease,but he is also reported to have said: A sick person should not be taken to one who is healthy. Abu Salama said that Abu Huraira used to narrate these two (different ahadith) from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), but afterwards Abu Huraira became silent on these words:" There is no transitive disease," but he stuck to this that the sick person should not be taken to one who is healthy. Harith b. Abu Dhubab (and he was the first cousin of Abu Huraira) said: Abu Huraira, I used to hear from you that you narrated to us along with this hadith and the other one also (there is no transitive disease), but now you observe silence about it. You used to say that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: There is no transitive disease. Abu Huraira denied having any knowledge of that, but he said that the sick camel should not be taken to the healthy one. Harith, however, did not agree with him, which irritated Abu Huraira and he said to him some words in the Abyssinian language. He said to Harith: Do you know what I said to you? He said: No. Abu Huraira said: I simply denied having said it. Abu Salama sad: By my life, Abu Huraira in fact used to report Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) having said: There is no transitive disease. I do not know whether Abu Huraira has forgotten it or he deemed it an abrogated statement in the light of the other one.

    Bukhari :: Book 7 :: Volume 71 :: Hadith 626
    Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amir 'Umar went to Shamand when h ached Sargh, he got the news that an epidemic (of plague) had broken out in Sham. 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Auf told him that Allah's Apostle said, "If you hear that it (plague) has broken out in a land, do not go to it; but if it breaksout in a land where you are present, do not go out escaping from it."

    NOTE:
    there were a few hadith saying something like there is no Contagion but that seems to have been abrogated by the later ones. This last last action of Khalifa Umar R A affirms that real pandemic areas we should not enter or those living there should not run from it ( great words of wisdom from Allah which could spread the pandemic as seen now in case of this most dangerous Corono Virus or Covid -19.) hadith also adds like whoever sticks to or stays in his place with yakeen or belief in his pandemic ridden city ( i think imo effected to a great extent iow not a very few infected ones please check with mufti) and dies with it . is a martyr.

    It I prudent for any Muslim first to assert that the words manners and every instance of the life of The Prophet Muhmmad is Wahi Revelation

    And that the Hadith are thus orally narrated Quran before the Inscription

    It is inscribed thus the Hadith pertaining to sahabah forbiding the inscription ofbhadoth during the life of the Prophet Still in the Quran is illustration of the scribes and the Hafiz of the Quran and the living being of the Prophet Peace and Blessing be upon Him , compiled according to the stated record first within around a half a year after the Prophet by Ali May Allah be pleased with him and then furthered with the Caliphate of Abu bake Omar and finally with uthman in conjunction with the discretion of the Prophet's wives who lived spoken and we're enrichrd by the Prophet Him self Peace be upon him, to coalesce in to the Book we have By Allah Favors onto to the Angels themselves.

    r he deemed it an abrogated statement in the light of the other one.

    Harm is also translated as ضر
    Of Allah Great name Al Darr

    The Prophet Peace and Blessings be upon him, on this Hadith is thus both furthering the destruction of the hypocrite who is the alarmist. And this is thus the water of the matter as war has polarity as in the Hadith pertaining to the wing of the fly, one side has the sickness the other the cure

    And we obey the Prophet Peace and Blessings be upon him to our benefit or disobey to our demise

    As the Hadith I culmination describe the Sharia of how to circumvent poison it self
    Which is the illustration of the Hadith not half of the Deen is complete until marriage, as well as the married man's sleep is better than the lone man's worship

    If the prophet Said there is no disease there is no disease and nothing of the Quran describes this is easy as is the phonic of disease

    The issue with genetic engineer childern the fetus it self even before artifical insemination I thus assaulting the Salah pertaining not only the material viral aspect but the social one which Is of the spirit thus we know little and less of it that certainly extends to manifestation

    Thus this Hadith is wisdom on how to deal with it the virus that is running along in the constitutecy of our being partial to it in our very natures through generations of the harm that is the contest of survival it self

    If someone know enough to say no to an Ayat or Hadith
    Perhaps it is prudent to elaborate on aspects of limitations of his our her constituency

    Manner about abgrogation I this can sheds the preyext of "good" manner for the disaccosiative article which I not the contest of our inscription but our selves

    Allah Knows Best

    My limitation is that abgrogation happens with representation not principals

    This is seen as the Quran expounding upon the Torah and Injeel
    The Quran dimensional address the character to the Word

    It is exemplified in shaving of the moustache and keeping the bread

    Moustache in Arabic is
    الشوارب
    The word having to do with The Compelling of Allah
    And beard describe in the Quran that was in the fist of Musa AlaheSalam, is also rooted in the word for nieghborhood

    Thus the pagan kill the child like In the time of Ignorance and usurp the human element as a social function

    اعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم

    EEMAAN OF A BELIEVER IS PRICELESS EVEN IF HE IS THE POOREST OF THE POOR
    GLORIOUS QURAN 14: 31
    31. Say (O Muhammad SAW)to '(My slaves) who have believed, that they should perform (), and spend in charity out of the sustenance We have given them, secretly and openly, before the coming of a Day on which there will be neither mutual bargaining nor befriending
    as provision for you; and He has made the ships to be of service to you, that they may sail through the sea by His Command; and He has made rivers (also) to be of service to you.
    33. And He has made the sun and the moon, both constantly pursuing their courses, to be of service to you; and He has made the night and the day, to be of service to you.

    NOTE :
    Another sahih hadith confirms this notion that until there is just only one believer remains on this face of the earth all the universe will be in tact , sun will do its job and so are all other creations of Allah, JUST FOR THIS ONLY ONE BELIEVING PERSON So value every believer even he may be the lowest in your eyes, For a Kaffir even not a drop of water.
    May Allah protect our eeman and make us die as a true muslim, and resurrect us among Saaliheen. Ameen , Yaa Arraham ar Raahimeen.

    THE GLORIOUS QURAN STRESSING SAYING OF SALAM

    4:86 '' When you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally.Certainly, Allah is Ever a Careful Account Taker of all things.''

    24:61 '' .................................................. ...........................
    i.e. say: - peace be on you) blessed and good. (these Verses or your religious symbols and signs, etc.) to you that you may understand. ''

    [Ahmed 10630, Bukhari 6231, Muslim 2160, Abu Dawud 5198]
    Sayyidina Abu Huraira (RA) reported on the authority of the Prophet (SAW) that salaam should be offered by the rider to the pedestrian, the pedestrian to the one who is seated, and a fewer number to a larger group. And, Ibn Muthanna added in his hadith: And the young should salute the old.

    Note : reply of salam by anyone in the gathering is sufficient.

    I wanted to share this Haidth.

    Prophet Muhammad (sallalahu alayhi wasalam) entered upon a young man as he was dying and asked him. How do you find yourself? He said: 'i have hope in Allah but i am fearful of my sins.' Prophet Muhammad (sallalahu alayhi wasalam) then said : these two feelings do not co-exist in a person's heart in this situation but that Allah will give him what he hopes for and keep him safe from what he fears.

    We should remind ourselves of this Hadith every night before sleeping.
