There are Milk Banks operating in the UK in which donated breast milk can be given to pre-term babies and babies recovering from gut surgery. My question is, does this mean a bunch of these babies are all growing up and gonna be related unbeknown to them? And if they get married it's incest? :vomit:

I do not know if there is a distinction to be made if the suckling happens vs. the breast-milk alone is delivered.
