  • Kashmiris decry world's silence over killings

At least 19 killed and 200 injured by Indian troops and still no word from PM Modi or international community.

As the death toll rises to 19 in Indian-administered Kashmir following a bloody crack-down on mourners and protesters this weekend, Kashmiris are lamenting the lack of international condemnation for the violence meted out on to them.

People silence only shows their own lack of concern at the end of the day, they're speaking out does naught. look how much palestine hashtags there are and not a single thing is done for them. I hope help comes to them through tangible action.
Allah sent down his tranquillity upon him and supported him with angels you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah - that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

At least Palestinians know that people the world supports them morally and their cause is justified. But Kashmiris, Chechens etc do not get this support from the Muslim world. Kashmiri blood is also precious like the Palestinian blood.

well if instead of muslims focusing on their own little circles based on race or colour , if we focused on 'MUSLIMS' , maybe it would make a difference.

            This.
You think you know more than my scholar's qiyās? He was more learned than you and all other scholars combined. Yeah, the devil was the greatest scholar too and look where his qiyās of fire being better than tīn got him. Sorry.

You follow your scholar's qiyās, and I will follow the Qur'ān and Sunnah.

              oh please , its not.

we've all seen how the system works.

Your blood is only precious if you fight back and claim whats yours nowadays , or you may end up like the muslims in CAR or burma where the monks chase you down in padi fields on camera and hack you to death which you can watch on liveleak.

thats true and its sad. But if the media is not hounding on it, it's unlikely you can get the masses to care.

There are black sheep among Kashmiris who side with Hindus but that doesn't mean that whole Kashmiri people are like that. Majority wants independence from the Hindu-secular rule. And many support armed struggle. Those who were killed came to attend the Mujahideen leader's funeral and were protesting against the killing.

if people even focused on their own country that would be good too. It makes it easier

do you think the palistinian muslims are only getting the support because their fight is against the jews?

if it was against just some random country then it would be ignored like all the other places?

There are two kinds of pride, both good and bad. 'Good pride' represents our dignity and self-respect. 'Bad pride' is the deadly sin of superiority that reeks of conceit and arrogance.

Because they were kicked out of their country, it didn't happen with Kashmiris, Chechens. Besides it's an older issue than Kashmir at least. Jews are hated because they were planted in Palestine by the filthy Britain.

There are Jews living in the rest of the world, they are not hated as such. Jews are hated also for their perverted support of Pissrael.

Because Kashmiris are not recognised as holy as Palestinians.
