We're not allowed to pray to anyone except Allah so yes. I didn't watch the video but the title just made me cringe

        Yes.

then again I think the quran says they worshipped their dead prophets I believe so it's not something new.

          A misleading video and title.

I only watched bits of it. Did not see any shirk, also acts alone can not be concluded as shirk

This is, from the bits i saw, similar to what mainstream Muslims do

Some wahabis, not all, the most ignorant of them would say it constitutes shirk

It seems that for Jews asking dead people to intercede with God is ok:

Then by the looks of it, it's kinda shirk.

                    Re: Is this shirk?

Then again, how do they know whos tomb is who?

That tomb is prob not even yusuf a.s. to begin just like every tomb out there. They also have the tomb of dawud a.s. so yet again, how do they know he is buried there..... the same with other prophets, their tombs are in mosques etc but how do they know they were buried just there and it's not just some random peasant......

Salafis are definitely like protestants, What's wrong with being 'like' catholics?

Ya jahil akhi, Muslims have been doing this forever. What do you think happened before wahabis grew in the najd?

We even built Mazaars from the east to the west. This was done because the Islamic understanding is pro this kind of affection

The only ones who show no affection at the grave sites of their loved ones are the unaffectionate also known as lanatis frankly
