How do you become da'ee and support yourself?

How does most da'ees like Bilal Philips, Abdallah hakim quick, etc support themselves and their families? Do they get paid for doing dawah or do they work part time?

I don't know about them but Mufti Menk has family business mashallah and they also have a Madarasa which decline to receive any donations untill now ,May Allah swt make our da'ees life easier they are doing a lot of sacrifice and they are eligible to receive Zakat and if anybody knows them do not ask can they receive Zakat or not ? (looks insulting) but just deposit as donations to their work.

Nouman Ali khan he was working in a company and drive himself to receive his kids from their School. We need people like these who will not depend on anyone except Allah swt so that they did not accommodate to anybody except law of Allah swt.

In the Quran And Allah swt have ordered us to help those workers for Islam who's full time indulgence in Deen has made them give no time to their personal worldly earnings and also to people who act self sufficient and they don't ask anyone except Allah swt because of shyness though they they are very needy (living in poverty) we can know from their faces. If you help these two grades of people you are rewarded DOUBLE, inshallah.

allahu Alim, but when you look at what they do for da'wah, all that travelling, the time, energy, sacrifice, just make lots and lots of Du'a for them and Allah azz wa jal is so merciful, He puts barakah in Rizq for His servants.

they set up organisations to get funding or online donation. try justgiving for fundraising. try online dawah its cheaper
