Just go on with the process. I find it distasteful to tell the woman you are still considering that you find her 'pretty' or 'beautiful'.
Shows that there is a lack of hayaa IMHO of course.

Just say you are happy to proceed with the talks/ concept of marrying her.

Yeah that would probably be weird

Just give the 'go ahead' to them. That should be enough to let them know you're happy with what you saw

    Assalam-Walaikum

    Cringe! >.<

Just wait till after marriage man, are you really hyper that much that you need to tell her she's beautiful?

What happens if for some reason (Astagfirullah) the wedding doesn't happen and she breaks it off, I'm just saying, these things can happen?

Are you not going to regret being overly nice?

What's the harm in waiting a few more weeks till the wedding? It's not like because you tell her she's beautiful all of a sudden teddy bears are gonna start falling from the sky?

and just like some sisters mentioned above you'd probably put her in an awkward situation where she's going to have to say something back or she'll just be weirded out!

Less is more. I say just keep quiet and wait till after marriage, then you can drop compliments all day!

Try what the others have suggested with Alhamdullilah let's move forward and if she still says 'what do you think about my looks' - just be blunt, say I wouldn't have proceeded if I had any issues with the way you look.
    oh get it now

ok so lets say you've exchanged photos with a potential for the sake of marriage obviously and you know at point where you need to let the potential know that you like the way they look, how would you do it in an appropriate manner? somehow telling a person they pretty just seems inappropriate cause its a potential and not a wife how would you let them know that you happy with the way they look? basically get the message across that they look really pretty but in an appropriate manner

My personal opinion is that it's OK if it's brief and modest. So, for example, saying "You look nice" is a big difference than saying "Hey hot stuff, your hijab is totally making me melt".

Use common sense. Keep it clean and it's a-OK!
