Can you decline a marriage proposal
based on looks, attraction and location even if the person appears to have a decent character?

      :salams

One of the reasons to marry is so that the other half keeps us safe from falling into zina so yes they have to be attractive and you can decline them, if they are not in your eyes, but be reasonable and don't expect a hoor ul ayn or a hoor ul man...

Yeah course, if you dont want to marry them then you walk away

but like said above dont be stingy... well in my words just be fair, and not just say no to anyone because of small things, evaluate them properly and then decide...

dont be like *they wear glasses i dont like glasses* some people are like that but its shallow

♥ ♥ Be mindful of Allaah, and Allaah will protect you. Be mindful of Allaah and you will find Him in front of you. If you ask, ask of Allaah; if you seek help. Seek help of Allaah. Know that if the nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, it would benefit you only with something that Allaah had already prescribed for you, and that if they gather together to harm you with anything, they would harm you only with something Allaah had already prescribed for you. The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried. ♥ ♥

Of course. You and your spouse are garments to protect one another. Hw can you do that if you're not attracted to them.

Secure few moments, everyday, to reflect upon the innumerable blessings of Allah and thank Him for bestowing them upon you.
