  • AVOID Ribena & Lucozade

eathalal has recently discovered, that the classification of both Ribena and Lucozade are under investigation. It has been alleged that Pork Gelatine is used as a filter during the production of the soft drink Ribena. Until this allegation has been proven untrue, we advise all Muslims to avoid these products.

Cadbury's Mini Rolls are not suitable for a Muslim diet as an alcohol derivative is used during processing.

    M & M's (red) - HARAM

    KP's - Skips - Prawn & Cocktail - HARAM

                Salaams

how old is that article (FIrefox pageinfo says aug 2005- not sure if that's right)

the pork gelatine filtration process is used mainly for apple flavour drinks- hence most likely would be apple ribena/lucozade!
i will bear any ordeal, but i will not beg

Its a shame about Dorito's. They are such nice crisps. Luckily, a few years back i was eating them but my friend took them off me and binned them. Since then i've not touched the stuff.

So many haraam things i never knew. Lucky i don't go to McDonalds. I've heard many nasty things about that place.
