                    ^lol.. haha... ok well i learn the hard way.. runnin after the bus on a SLIPPERRRRYY street.. OMG! i did that and i still missed the bus the stupid driver saw me cuming... he stopped .. w8d until i came nxt to the bus and drove off.... I HAD AN EXAM TO GO TO!!!! i was l8! hehe

                      go to the workout room and like go on the treadmill and other leg stuff and that will increase your leg muscles and just jog everyday u know what i mean and work out ur calf muscles.. play sports... etc.

                        lol.. DO NOT excercise sooooooo much and then STOP.. coz ur muscles turn on2 FAT!.... pssshhhh u wont be runnin 4 a looong time!

                          when running make like you are slicing the air with you hands instead of fists. that helps. and think of something other than the running, it helps you control your breathing.
