Question:
I missed some days from work without excuse. My manager doesn't know.
What do I do?

May Allah's peace and blessings be upon His Messenger Muhammad,
his folk, companions, and followers
Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,
I pray this finds you in the best of health and spirits.
Allah Most High says in the Qur'an,
"O you who believe, fulfill your undertakings."
You owe your company the pay for the days missed without excuse.
[Sarakhsi, al-Mabsut, 10.162]
As such, you to return the amount, or ask them to waive it.
And Allah alone gives success.
