      Green tea.

      Lemon + water + apple cider vinegar.

      Plenty of water throughout the day.

      Eat less processed foods, and more whole foods.

      Go for a walk/jog in the early morning.

      Tea spoon of blackseed oil every night.

          You can add honey to your diet. You can also use it when you feel an illness.

          [your Lord revealed to the bees: "Build dwellings in the mountains and the trees, and also in the structures which men erect. Then eat from every kind of fruit and travel the paths of your Lord, which have been made easy for you to follow." From inside them comes a drink of varying colours, containing healing for mankind. There is certainly a Sign in that for people who reflect. ](Qur'an, 16:69)

          (Another brother or sister can add about the benefits of honey if they wish, :jkk:)

            Drink a lot of water
            cut out fried food from your diet and eat more fruits and vegetables
            Get a good amount of sleep every night
            Don't involve yourself in unnecessary drama because that will just stress you out
            Walk a lot. Or run.
            Keep yourself busy, but not to busy that you overwork yourself.
            I don't know your particular skin type but whatever skin care you use, be consistent or it won't work.
            Try to smile a lot and be friendly :)

                      Hadhrat Abu Sulaimaan Daaraaee (rahmatullah alayh) said:

                      Everything has its corrosion. Eating to the degree of satiation is the corrosion of the heart's purity. Ihtilaam (nocturnal discharge of semen) is a punishment for filling the stomach.

                      A man who eats his stomach full suffers six calamities:
                      1) He does not experience pleasure in Ibaadat.
                      2) His memory in remembering wisdom decreases.
                      3) He is unable to be affectionate to people.
                      4) Ibaadat is onerous on him.
                      5) His lust increases.
                      6) He is preoccupied with the toilet.

                      He said: A man in whose heart is noor (spiritual light) is angered by nafsaani desires. That noor separates him from the world and inclines him to the Aakhirah.

                      Abandonment of ego is called Tawaadhu' (humility). (As long as one thinks of oneself as being something, one lacks humility.) He who does not recognize his nafs does not understand the meaning of Tawaadhu'.

                      One who speaks without thinking always regrets.

                      Eating less, sleeping less and speaking less are the signs of a sincere taubah.

                      The Thikr of Allah effaces sins and His Ridhaa (being pleased with Him) severs vain hopes

                          Get hijama done every so often (whether you have an illness or not)

                          Sleep early

                          Wake early

                          Fast Mondays & Thursdays

                          Drink plenty of water

                          Eat fatty fish twice a week

                          Drink green tea

                          Have lemon water with a dollop of honey on an empty stomach upon awakening

                          Go outdoors every day even if it's raining

                          Eat foods mentioned in the Quran & sunnah (olives, pomegranates, figs etc)

                          Be happy!

                            You can eat black seeds in its original form, yes. I don't know about opium seeds, but these are small black seeds.
