    Assalaamu 'Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah

    As I am getting older, we’re told to keep fit to stay young, and the same applies to our lady parts.

    After years of childbearing and the menopause, things downstairs are not quite what they once were.

    But what exactly should I be doing to keep down below in tip top shape sisters ?

    1. I regular wash
    2. I groom every month
    3. I daily do Pelvic Exercises twice a day
    4. I have a healthy sex life with my husband

    Is there anything else I should be doing ?
