Really? I think they are very pretty! Why doesn't he like them (not saying he should, just asking why)?

        Re: Lazy Hijaab/Thobe

I started wearing hijab a few years ago, 5 years ago if I remember correctly, and abayahs like.. 2/3 years I think.
I wore them when I realised they were compulsory, not outta laziness lol, but gotta admit they're ultra comfy
I have stored my dresses and jeans away, that I used to wear, for after marriage. Because i had a lot, and most barely worn, plus when I get married, I can't just have abayahs to wear lol.

it's too 'freshy' for them like they know what style is anyway. HA HA HA.

some men are very hmmmm just hard to please I suppose.

Yes, I think others like Yemenis muslims wear it too

I could be wrong, it's comfy though, whenever my dulabhais come around (brother in laws) they are given a longhi because it can be used for nightwear
                    we call it a dhotti

its useful learning to wear one because it helps you at hajj

                      agree

guys should practise, my brothers don't wear it but there is nothing wrong with learning extras, why not? embrace the cultural clothes

at the airport it can get messy, I've seen what happens with hajjis and their ihram, it's a struggle so better to teach yourself

I can never wear one, but I think it is absolutely gorgeous! Way better than modern wear in my opinion! They're so bright and so beautifully designed with nice patterns and embroidery! It looks comfortable too! Beats the lounge wear I wear for sure
