    Is it a sunnah? Even though some of it is expensive.

    I thought teaching your kids how to shoot bow and arrow was sunnah, there were 3 things mentioned... i think horsebackriding and something else

    I dont know myself but i hope someone can complete this, it was a hadith where the prophet saws said teach your children 3 things....

      Swimming^.

      Wrestling was also something practiced. We have Judo and Jujitsu these days as mertial arts which you could say are similar to wrestling in some ways.
