The local gym had a good promo, so what did I do? I signed my lazy bum up!
So.. I have a very sedentary lifestyle. I get hours of sleep and not much activity. What is a good beginner's workout?
Basically my goals for 2016 are listed below:
For the month of January I just want to keep it light and build a routine focusing on cardio. I was thinking to walk the treadmill 30 minutes the first week, 45 the next, get the flow? Till I build up to an hour. And once that's locked down, I'll start increasing the increments of jogging. Do people even run for an hour straight?
My diagnostic is scheduled for the 4th of Jan. That's only a few days away. I'd like to know what your workout routines are?

- Toning flabby underarms
- Toning the fl-ABS
- Strengthening muscles
- Increasing flexibility
- INSANITY by Nov 2016
- Learning how to swim
