    Re: Procrastination

Make dual, pray to Allah, and know that laziness won't help you at all, not in this life nor the ahkira.

Du'aa. If its part of a disorder such as Adhd therapy and meds etc also help.
      Allah knows best.
And with Him are the keys of the Ghayb (all that is hidden), none knows them but He. And He knows whatever there is in the land and in the sea; not a leaf falls, but He knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in a Clear Record

        Procrastination

Its easy to fall into the lazy trap but remember to constantly ask Allah S.W.T to remove this trait from us. Try to become more active and avoid distractions. Even if you're feeling lazy ensure u need to do what should be done, Insha ' Allah. Set alarm clocks at times to break up the days of that helps too, and even create a plan/timetable. Du'aa a lot.

Eating any citrusy tangy fruit, exercise that requires a lot of movement, taking a cold shower or splashing cold water on face or drinking a strong tea like ginger. Laziness is being sluggish and often thick in the brain for a moment, so reciting quran melodiously helps or singing even if you sing offkey... (with noone around of course) or humming a tune.

If its a longtern laziness, structure is needed so write, read, adjust your routine. If you have time to be or feel lazy then there is time to be agile, active and feel full of spirit!

Sorry! You asked for an islamic way, I hope this helps thouh :|
