I fall asleep and I sleep a good amount of hours, but the problem is my sleep is not good. I'm always feeling restless, but maybe that's for other reasons like stress.
I think I need to get an old fashioned alarm clock and keep the phone away from me when sleeping. Sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night and then pick up my phone as well
I can't stay on my feet for too long because I get bad pain in my ankles and they feel like they're swelling, which makes it difficult for me to sleep so it's a vicious cycle.
I will try to make some changes to my routine :insha:
I'm told sleeping tablets and anxiety pills are not a good idea so trying not to go there.
Instead of those, try Chamomile tea. It has a VERY good and natural calming affect.

Waiting to be too tired before sleep actually plays a counteraffect.
When too tired, most people don't sleep well.
Bad idea.
