I think you should keep it, it could be one of those things they get used to and eventually stop commenting on...do what feels right for you
Oh, I didn't realise he was still a baby. Sorry bro.

BismAllah. You could accidentally throw your razor out and forget to shave lol. You could grow and shave every few weeks they will get use to it and then stop shaving altogether :)

People put too much emphasis on the beard.
Yes the Prophet Mohamed wanted his followers to grow a beard.
Yes beards make men look more manly.

But with my total respect to the men. A man who neglects his prayers and yet takes so much care about growing a beard is not a man.
        Smile ! It's Sunnah

Not that I'm being offended or anything, I'm cool. But islamically, your sarcastic posts are not weighing good in your akhira. Food for thought for today
There are gems to be discovered in Quran.

Recite :saw: when you read this sentence.

I disagree with the statement : forget beard and focus on manners etc. That's like saying take out of the deen whatever you like and leave whatever you don't like. That's not the case..

You should grow it brother, for the sake of Allah. He will be happy. And your family will get over it inshaAllah.

May Allah grant you the strength and reward you for all that you do.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “It will be said to the companion of the Qur’an: ‘Read, and ascend, and recite as you used to recite in the [previous] world, for your status will be according to the last verse that you recite.’” [At-Tirmidhi (2914) and Abu Dawood (1464)]

From asking advice on the most basic of fiqh questions to commenting on someone's akhira is quite a jump bro. What's the name of the masjid you go to? I want to recommend they send you out for forty days.

What's the difference between fardh and wajIb?

In practise they are the same. You have to do it and sin is incurred for not doing it.

From a legal theory perspective there is a slight difference in definition according to the Hanafis.

It is obligatory (i.e fard/wajib) to grow a beard.

(The majority of scholars are of the view that fard and wajib are synonymous.)
