I know right these kids need some discipline,
      The physical way
On a serious note nobody should be making jokes about the word halal
      Ya Allah,
Make me a stronger person today. Make me a better person out of all these. It is no longer bearable for me for my heart is aching and You are the only One who knows how I feel. Nothing is making sense to myself and for anyone else for that matter especially to the one person I wish to understand me better than anybody else.

Correct, she should not recite Quran out loud around non-mahrams.

She should go to a female Quran teacher in the first place as far as Islamic studies is concerned. If none available whatsoever, then this would be considered under 'necessity'. In this case, strict rules of hijab (not scarf) should be observed.

You're ignorance of this unbeknown fact of life, has now eliminated you from being a member of the human race.

                  Looool I kid I kid.
Not sure if there's an official classification as halal airlines, but rather an airline that offers halal meals - right? Eg. in Etihad they do halal meals and there's also a prayer room in large aircrafts. Sp I would say 'halal-friendly' airlines rather than halal exclusively

I was checking this the other day:

If you're not after a beach type holiday I can't recommend Istanbul enough. Loads of beautiful masaajid, culture, history, food and breathtaking scenery. They have amazing architecture too.

Thank you very much :) I've been to Istanbul myself and it is truly amazing. Thinking of doing some proper beach holidays this year though - probably around May. How about Antalya? They surely have halal hotels there

Thought I'd revive an old thread instead of making a new one....

So...me and the sis have decided we want to start planning our summer holidays already, so we have something to look forward to after exams :insha:. Was wondering if there were any places you beautiful people recommend that we visit/ any cheap packages etc. that we could get. We'd want to go on more of an activities orientated holiday as opposed to just sight-seeing and shopping. Would be grateful for any recommendations :jkk:
