  • Sleep pattern

    I cant fix my sleeping pattern to how it was.

    I've been sleeping after fajr for Ramadan, then afterwords it continued because of other stuff.
    Now I'm trying to sleep early and wake up early, but not happening at all.

    Keep getting headaches because of lack of sleep. 4/5 hours sleep.

    So, people out there, what helps you sleep and wake up early?
    How should I fix my routine?
    Never have I dealt with anything more difficult than my own soul, which sometime helps me and sometime opposes me

    Sleep is a really complicated matter, if nothing else works consult a doctor. Skip a night of sleep and the next night you will be extra sleepy. Sleep early and hopefully you can wake up early. This should hopefully fix your routine. With sleep it's basically about getting your body used to a certain sleep schedule.

      I had a similar issue I just recite dua's, ayatul kursi and some surahs that solved my problem
