    salaams to all

a very thin person is unhealthy
    so is a fat person

but the fat person is in a much more dangerous position
u also get some ppl who look thin but have too much fat on their frame-for their size

    u should eat healthy food
u dont want to get fat- believe me

u just need to put on some quality muscle

for that, as others have mentioned- physical exercise is best
if u dont like to go to the gym
the how about swimming?-even soccer is not bad

    its better than nothing
and when u engage in INTENSE physical activity- u will see your appetite increasing
and after a few months u will see the difference in your body

    our bodies are an amaanah
    we cant abuse it
not too thin nor too fat

    and Allah ta'ala knows best
    jazakallah

:jkk: everyone for the advice. Lock thread mods.
Don't do that. You don't need to waste money on a personal trainer. It's simple really, its all about how many calories you are consuming. How tall are you / how much do you weigh? With this in mind, look up some online calculators that will give you an estimate on how many calories you need to maintain your weight (i.e, stay at current weight) . Eat around 500 more calories than mentioned, and you will gain weight.

You aren't sick, you simply aren't eating enough. It sounds simple, but it honestly is that simple. Eat more. Start lifting weights while eating more and you'll put on a good amount of weight (muscle and fat) .
And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror]. [Quran, 14:42]
