    LANDI KOTAL CHAPLI KABAB
    Ingredients : -
    Mince 1/2 kg
    Green chilli 10
    Eggs 3
    Mint leaves 1/4 bunch
    Spring onion 3 chopped
    Coriander leaf 1/2 bunch
    Onion 1 chopped
    Ginger / garlic 1 tsp
    Anardana 1 tsp
    All spice 1 tsp
    Coriander crushed 1 tsp
    Zeera crushed 1 tsp
    Tomato 1 big chopped
    Makai ka atta 1/4 cup
    Salt 1 tsp
    Red chilly crushed 1 tsp

    Method : -
    Boil 8 oz kheema and chopperize with the remaining mince. Make scrambled eggs and keep aside. Add green chilly, coriander leaf, mint leaf, spring onion, onion, seasonings and ginger / garlic paste to the mince. Mix all in kheema very well. Than add scrambled eggs and tomato. Mix well and leave to marinate for an hour. Make big flat kababs and fry on tawa. Serve hot.

    i don't understand what it means: kheema, zeera, anardana and makai ka atta. When i will fry the kababs i put on tawa without oil?
