There's Maeda grill but that's more like East London as it's behind East London mosque. There was also this place near Golders Green station I went to years ago that did middle eastern halal mostly organic food. It was called 'Fresh' but I don't know if it's still open as it didn't attract many customers even though the food was nice enough and I thought the whole concept of trying to bring both organic and halal food is wonderful. I dunno whether that's considered more North London than Central to be a consideration.
