I'd like to taste biryani :(
I've had Mauritian Pilau
South African Pilau
Pakistani Pilau
Portuguese Pilau
But not biryani. According to my mum, they weren't biryani- just variants of Pilau.

ive never heard of pilau before.. hmmmmmmmmmm... what color is it? like how is it spiced? or is that the name of the grain?

well all are cooked.. like for example is i make kabsa, i might make it with basmati.... but when i put basmati as an option, i just mean plain white basmati(cooked)

Should've maid it multiple choice.

I buy and cook basmati, but I would love to eat many on that list
