        Chinese rice ( indianified )

        Yakhi
        وَالْعَصْرِ

        إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ

        إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ

                      U gonna answer my question or was this a sarcastic response to my question lol im confused.. arroz con pollo is mexican but there is puerto rican arroz con pollo i like as well.. other than that, im sure every latin american country has an arroz con pollo dish... Anywho... The indian spices u use please would be greatly allreciated

                        I used to love sticky rice too.. and i only like sushi without seaweed and wkth cooked fish... This one place incalifornia made this delicious cooked salmon sushi roll with no seaweed.. mmmm delish... But people said i was a sushi whimp

                                MEXICAN-more of a reddish color rice.. some people use tomato paste, chilli powder, paprika, achoite oil,<<< notice all red spices chicken broth.. ur typical veggies.. tomatoes/corn/ oh nd chicken broth.. maybe sofrito




                                Puerto rican yellow rice(i love yellow rice) arroz con pollo( or arroz amarillo)

                                olive oil.. onions tiny bit of tomato puree.. chicken broth.. can also use plain water but use TUMERIC : )
