
so i want this thread because i've been gaining weight by the day because i've been giving in to my cravings, and there all junk food cravings

i've been told that in the first trimester, that i'm laying the nutritional groundwork for my babies development. so i would appreciate if you guys can reccommend any healthy foods and why they're healthy, also any healthy recipes would be much appreciated.
hopefully this thread can also benifit anyone how wants to change their way of eating or wants to take on healthy foods for a change.
