a new group that has been formed. Below is the URL for the group and

Salaam alaikum,This group has been established to address the needs
of those coming to Islam after discovering they are infected with
HIV or other life threatening STDs. Not only will it be a place of
support but a place for healthy Muslims to become aware and educated
about the unique situations facing their new brothers and sisters.
Anyone joining the group is encouraged to create a new unique id to
protect their anonymity. This will not be a place to find a
mate/girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse. It will be coed and utmost respect
is required in all posts. No posts of graphic nature will be
allowed. All posts are moderated to protect the group from
harrassment and objectionable materials. This group will follow the
tenets of Sunni Islam and answers to questions on Islam *MUST* be
presented within the framework of the four accepted and agreed upon
schools of law (Maliki, Hanafi, Hanbali, or Shafi'i). Questions of
fiqh or 'aqida that arise on this group are referred to the
traditional Ahl us Sunnah wal Jama'at scholars and their students of
knowledge only (IOW, any questions received will be submitted
(anonymously, to preserve members privacy) by the group owners to
one of the fiqh lists for answers).
The group has 2 owners, one hiv positive and one that is not, both
are Muslim.
