You can just throw in the oven wrapped in foil and sprinkle some salt pepper and dill weed on it tastes great like this:up:

What's great about Salmon is that it has great flavour alone. So it doesn't really need to be seasoned that much, just like sis Aisha said, that method is pretty simple and the best!

Someone told me it needs marinating in ginger and honey....

              Pat olive oil on it
Fry for a couple minutes lightly
Put in oven on medium so rest cooks through with slice of lemon on top
It comes out nice and flakey.

That's how my hubby makes for me :D

Bake it with lots of fresh garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, dill, parsley, and some italian spices if you like. Squeeze some fresh lemon on top before serving.

No need to cook it, just unwrap the salmon and serve.

I like to marinate it first... what flavors do you like? Mustard and honey are good, so is balsamic.

Then fry in a wok or similar, careful not to burn it and do both sides. Or you can wrap in foil for the oven, I prefer fried.

Alternatively you can cut it up and make a stir fry with rice, just fry the salmon first.

                            Ooooo a guy cooking ;-P

                              simple & tasty . . .

1 tbl spoon each of maple syrup and soy sauce
1 tsp each of minced garlic and ginger

Place frozen fillets on greased baking pan
Combine ingredients and spoon evenly over fillets.
bake at 450F for about 18 min. or untill fish flakes.

This is how I cook salmon, serving it on top of wild rice.
In case you don't have maple syrup or pancake syrup,
you might try using dark honey ?
