what do YOU do on Xmas day ?

No I dont mean like do you have a tree and all that no.

I mean everything is shut down, the TV is just hijacked by loads of xmas stuff the streets are empty.

What do you do ?

Please note - Im not encouraging any haraam activites just intrested :)

The same thing you may do on a Sunday or any other bank holiday? If you have kids, there are loads of indoor activities you can do or even get together with friends, go to the park/ walk etc etc? Not sure why it would be anything different to any other holiday! :p

its just because there is no buses, there istn any shops open or owt so just wondered. I just stay in and watch the kids movies thats it lol Im a big kid like that

i think everything is shut down more than the other bank holidays as they still have tube, buses, shops open etc but we will just stay home or depending on whether can go to the park that will still be open. will either just play with the kids at home or as hubby will be off maybe i will try and use it as a chance to reorganise some cupboards, declutter the house etc while he plays with kids. also i wana get some game to play for xbox kinect so we can do that as something active while everything is closed and if park is too cold.
i wouldnt do anything out the ordinary or celebrate or nething but we have 2 be aware its coming up cos even the supermarkets will b closed and i think its hard 2 get delivery slots very near to xmas so have to make sure u get enough food in the house etc, althougn tbh its prob only closed for 2 days xmas and boxing day, but that seems like a long time as we are used to everything open all the time

We have local Turkish stores that have been open all year round lol bank hols/ xmas etc etc they are always open :p

christmas doesn't feature in my life, in fact i don't even know it's christmas unless someone tells me so, so i do on that day what i do the rest of the year.

Nothing i don't do any other day...though i really don't like it since all the shops are closed and streets are quiet and stuff - i hate quietness.....it feels boring and depressing.

We are going to my uncles place for dinner because everyone is free that day. The question is what are we going to do on the 26th and 27th, no work those days!! :D

Usually family and relatives have vacations and we get together and have big meals. We're not celebrating Christmas, it just so happens that we get this time off together.
