Someone has a compulsive buying?

Like a disorder? i think i may have that with books. Although i manage to control but i find it so hard not to enter a bookshop and harder to leave it without buying even a little book very cheap!! (yes i know being a girl you would expect impulsive buying with shoes but that's not the case;))

Yes, but i have like 150 of them, so i haven't read them all.....

Noooo i love books i could never steal one i value what is in them lol. Im totally broke yet i still bought one last week (i do have my credit card...)

Okay im not in debt, or just less than 10euros, it's just that im going to get paid soon so i allowed myself a little slip. Otherwise im not in the red.

Haha, I can totally relate to your compulsive book buying habit. I have the same obsession with buying magazines , esp. women's magazines. Whenever I go out, I cannot help but buy atleast 1 or 2...it doesn't matter if they're old or new , I just have to get them.

I feel magnetically drawn towards shops that sell them. If, on rare occasions, I do not buy one, I still stop for sometime & browse through the pages . Books are an irresistible temptation. :inlove:

Thank you im glad someone can relate. I can resist women's magazines cause i prefer culture magazines but those ones cost like hell. Plus im starting a collection of old books, and I found a heaven place for that next to my uni, like a book of poetry at least dating from early 20th century. Who can resist? :(

your exactly like me - i used to do that - even when all my clothes were ripped and i just had enough money for some more, id go buy some books and my mum would go crazy

Why are you that mean. It's actually not a disorder i've decided. It's an overwhelming passion for knowledge and imagination and creativity. I take back my title
